1 cup Kosher Salt
1/4 cup Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Black Pepper
* 1/4 cup Onion Powder (I add this to my mix, Paula Deen does NOT)
Mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight contatiner. Good for up to 6 months.
