
| 5 | cups Rice Chex® cereal |
| 2 | cups gluten-free pretzel sticks, coarsely broken |
| 1/2 | cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped |
| 1/2 | package (16-oz size) vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark) |
| 1/4 | cup dark chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips |

| 1. | In large bowl, mix cereal, pretzels and nuts. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper or foil. |
| 2. | Microwave candy coating in microwaveable bowl fo 60 to 90 seconds, stirring after 1 minute. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Pour out onto waxed paper lined pan. Cool slightly. |
| 3. | In microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High about 1 minute; stir until smooth. Drizzle chocolate over snack. Let stand about 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Break into clusters. Store in airtight container. |
