2 pounds of cooked and seasoned ground meat (beef, chicken or turkey)
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of dry Ranch dressing mix
1 4oz can diced green chilis
1 can of corn or hominy undrained
1 can pinto beans undrained
1 can white beans undrained
1 can black beans undrained
1 28 oz can fire roasted tomatoes diced
Dump everything into your slow cooker. Stir and turn on low 6-8 hours or High 2-4 hours. Serve with cheese, tortilla chips and sour cream.
